Responsibilities

Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive messaging that avoids templated language
Conducting campus tours and informational events that transparently explain our accelerated learning methodology and ideal student profile
Managing the complete admissions cycle, from application intake through shadow visits, enrollment decisions, and family onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in CRM and student information systems, particularly HubSpot, to support weekly performance reviews
Iterating on admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions in response to live family feedback and conversion metrics

Required

3+ years of experience leading complete admissions cycles at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
Demonstrated track record managing competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final matriculation
Superior communication capabilities across written, verbal, and interpersonal formats
Demonstrated comfort working with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), effective time management, and meticulous record-keeping
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
U.S. work authorization without requirement for visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background in premier K–12 independent schools or selective university admissions
Track record organizing high-engagement, high-yield recruitment events
Proficiency with analytics, performance metrics, and evidence-based strategy development
Prior exposure to AI-enhanced or mastery-based learning environments
