Creating and carrying out district-level implementation roadmaps that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS framework
Facilitating dynamic professional development sessions that empower educators to confidently and enthusiastically use our solution
Tracking implementation milestones and reviewing student performance metrics to confirm districts meet their objectives
Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives
Conducting on-site training that cultivates lasting partnerships with critical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights
Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
