Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Leverage storytelling and interactive methods to produce learning acceleration 5-10x above conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and modify workshops immediately to address each cohort's specific needs
Provide individual and small group coaching sessions to generate measurable improvement in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Available to work onsite at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable)
Minimum 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 learners
Background supporting gifted or high-ability students in specialized settings
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and analyzing student performance metrics
Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young students through voice, narrative, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
