As an experienced National Operations Vice President of Coffee Services, you will lead the office coffee operations team in achieving ambitious targets and expanding market presence across the country.

Responsibilities

Develop and present comprehensive go-to-market strategies to achieve goals and objectives and expand market reach
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats including forward buys
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials
Prepare and manage the annual budget to ensure regional managers and representatives achieve targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback and training opportunities to enhance team skills and productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Ability to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial coffee equipment, including: Bean-to-cup, single-cup, batch brew, and specialty systems and equipment capabilities, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle costs
Understand client coffee needs in order to match the appropriate equipment to be placed onsite at client location
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges
Utilize CRM software and other tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any deviations from sales targets
Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new and innovative coffee solutions for office environments
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand
Partner with strategic vendors to ensure competitive pricing and identify emerging trends
Identify and evaluate pricing trends in order to develop effective pricing strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management at a high level, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry
Proven track record of go to market strategies achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all departments within the organization
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel nationally 50-75% of the time as required
