Responsibilities
You will act as a key liaison for cross-functional and cross-shift communication, ensuring timely updates and alignment
You will manage issue resolution and exception handling to minimize operational delays
You will coordinate shipment planning, truck scheduling, and material flow to support efficient operations
You will perform administrative tasks related to documentation, reporting, and compliance
You will develop and maintain KPIs and reports to monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and cost performance
You will collect and analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making
You will ensure data accuracy by validating sources and collaborating with IT and Analytics teams
You will support projects that improve operational efficiency and cost management
You will communicate effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills that enable effective cross-functional coordination and quick issue resolution
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and macros
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to turn data into actionable insights
Hands-on experience with SmartSheet and Lucidchart for project tracking and process mapping
Solid background in project management, driving initiatives from planning through execution
Expertise in presenting data to diagnose issues, identify process gaps, and develop predictive models that inform decision-making
5+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Oracle
Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Apps and automation tools to streamline workflows
Worked in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or medical devices, and understand compliance requirements
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
