Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level business goals into executable operational roadmaps
Architect and maintain a seamless, end-to-end Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle, ensuring that handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success are automated, tracked, and frictionless
Identify operational bottlenecks within the revenue funnel and implement process improvements to increase speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and team productivity
Own the strategic governance, budget, and integration of the core operational tech stack (specifically Salesforce and Marketing Automation/Pardot), acting as the primary system administrator and strategist
Refine & improve automation infrastructure including: lead scoring models, routing logic, and data enrichment workflows to support complex Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation efforts
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to ensure our stack remains lean, integrated, and high-performing
Establish strict data governance standards across the organization, ensuring the accuracy, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and enrichment of our customer database
Own the 'source of truth' for business performance: build and maintain executive-level dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, attribution, ROI, and funnel velocity
Transform raw data (intent signals, usage metrics, sales activity) into actionable intelligence that empowers the sales and GTM teams to prioritize the right accounts at the right time
Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by creating comprehensive playbooks, documentation, and training materials that enable teams to utilize our systems effectively
Act as the cross-functional project lead for major operational initiatives, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Manage external agencies or junior operational staff (if applicable) to ensure day-to-day execution standards are met while you focus on high-level optimization

Required

7+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or GTM Systems, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership (VPs/C-Suite), capable of influencing decision-making through data and logic
Expert-level, hands-on administration experience with Salesforce (CRM) and major marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Account Engagement preferred)
Expert understanding of the B2B revenue funnel and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations
You don't just maintain the status quo; you have a track record of tearing down silos and building scalable systems from the ground up
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders

Preferred

Experience with major marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Account Engagement preferred)
