Responsibilities

Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world-class standards

Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes

Personally coaching a limited student cohort, demonstrating exemplary motivation techniques and mentorship approaches

Required

Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or closely related areas

Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems

Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and inspire high-performing teams

Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement

Legal authorization to work in the United States
