Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims assistance
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Build trust-based, long-term relationships with members
Qualification
Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located within the U.S
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Comfortable using digital tools in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided)
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
