Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development

Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks

Reviewing student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable trends

Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes

Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Advanced certification in reading instructionAI/adaptive learning platformsFacilitating small-group reading interventionsAssessing reading proficiencyCreating differentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for early elementary students

Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula

Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within those tools

Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
