Creating and executing district-level implementation strategies that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS framework

Conducting compelling professional development sessions that build educator confidence and enthusiasm for our solution

Tracking implementation metrics and evaluating student achievement data to confirm districts meet their objectives

Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives

Facilitating on-site training experiences that establish trusted partnerships with critical stakeholders

Qualification

MTSS program coordinationData analysisProfessional developmentStakeholder collaborationLeadership experience

Required

At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)

Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights

Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
