Responsibilities
Train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data
Contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and aviation experts to deliver world-class solutions
Help clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks
Define an ML strategy for the nation’s airspace
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
2+ years of experience with model fine-tuning and deployment
2+ years of experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integration
2+ years of experience with custom machine learning modeling (PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with executive-level summaries and briefings
Ability to work cross-functionally with various product work teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with Databricks
Experience with AWS
Experience with aviation, geospatial, and weather datasets
Experience with Causal Modeling
Experience with Agentic Workflows
Knowledge of FAA operations
