Responsibilities
Oversee and administer HSEQ programs, ensuring all procedures are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
Collaborate with management to implement safety initiatives and monitor adherence to safety regulations
Facilitate corporate meetings to discuss HSEQ matters and provide feedback on personnel performance
Maintain compliance documentation and assist in project management to support operational excellence
Utilize contractor management software (such as ISNetworld and Avetta) for compliance and documentation management
Generate and assist in the preparation of reports using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in health, safety, environmental, or quality management
Proven experience in HSEQ roles or similar capacity within construction or maintenance industries
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and HSEQ best practices
Strong understanding of HSE regulations, safety manual procedures, and familiarity with contractor management software
Ability to effectively communicate with management and staff, facilitating productive discussions
Preferred
Experience using systems like ISNetworld and Avetta for compliance tasks
Proficient in creating and managing spreadsheets, generating reports, and utilizing presentation software
Capable of maintaining compliance documentation and assisting with project management activities
Participates in team meetings and provides constructive feedback on team performance
Relevant certifications will be considered advantageous
