Responsibilities

Implementing adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable findings
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that support early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Reading instruction certificationReading interventionsAI/adaptive learning toolsData-informed teachingDifferentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
