Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-driven reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Leverage storytelling and interactive teaching methods to accelerate student progress 5-10x beyond conventional milestones
Monitor learner advancement and adjust instructional sessions on the fly to address each cohort's unique needs
Provide individualized and small-group coaching to generate measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing platforms
Qualification
Required
Willing to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Experience working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
Compelling classroom presence with ability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
