Responsibilities

Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality

Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolution strategies

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes

Personally coaching a small student cohort to exemplify expert mentorship and motivational approaches

Required

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas

Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives

Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams

Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics for informed decision-making and ongoing improvement

Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ

Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
