Responsibilities
Mentor and inspire gifted learners to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Guide students in building essential life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, focus—in tandem with academic achievement
Utilize AI-powered tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
Encourage students to progress in adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team dedicated to transforming education for high-performing students
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Strong communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship
