Responsibilities
Conduct individual and small-group coaching with PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and recognizing documented progress
Architect and deliver play-based learning sessions integrating social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and gross-motor development, serving as an exemplar for your team
Audit Guide records each week to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings that maintain transparency around milestone tracking
Develop family communications and convene team briefings that synchronize focus and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related area
Demonstrated experience working directly with cohorts of children between the ages of 3 and 5
Documented success designing and executing play-based programs or curricula that accelerate developmental milestones, such as Montessori approaches
A minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising educator teams with clear performance metrics
Excellent written and spoken communication abilities for producing family reports and driving team coordination
Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
Commitment to full-time, in-person presence at the Alpha Austin campus; relocation support offered as needed
