Responsibilities
Assist the high volume, fast paced Talent Acquisition team with various administrative duties:
Posting open positions on company career site and various job boards
Follow up with candidates throughout the background and onboarding process
Ensure LO candidates have completed background, credit, and onboarding forms
Work with Sr. Recruiters and LO candidates on LOE's based off credit
Will serve as a liason between recruiting and candidates that are receiving offers of employment
Troubleshoot ICIMS/Dayforce issues
Source resumes/candidates on various job boards as needed
Create requisitions in iCIMS and follow through the approval process
Send responses to applicant inquiries that come in through the recruiter inbox
Assist Director of TA
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of and experience working in full cycle recruitment
Ability to demonstrate proficiency with using multiple internet recruiting sites to network and recruit
Proactive approach to recruiting and experience building talent pools/talent communities
Proven success cold calling candidates and overcoming objections
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of human resources practices/policies related to the new hire process
Proven success in a fast paced, sales-oriented work environment
Works extremely well in a team environment and collaborates with other team members
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
Preferred
Current or previous mortgage sales or operations experience is a plus
At least 1-2 year experience in in recruiting
Previous experience recruiting mortgage bankers, loan officers or other sales professionals is a plus
High School diploma or General Education Degree; some college preferred
