Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Take part in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on campus and online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows with precision and currency
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years of client-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or similar roles
Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated proficiency in maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing remote responsibilities alongside in-person campus duties
Capable of adjusting swiftly and flourishing in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
