Crossover is opening a flagship campus in Houston and is looking for a leader who knows the education landscape firsthand. The School Director will lead a team of Guides to ensure students achieve their goals and develop essential life skills through a unique educational approach.

Responsibilities

Launch Alpha's flagship Houston campus: Ensure Alpha's three promises reach 100 plus students from day one through operational excellence on every front

Facilitate live workshops teaching life skills to K through 12 students: Lead engaging one-hour sessions covering public speaking, growth mindset, giving and receiving feedback. Apply Alpha's playbook to ensure students develop skills traditional schools overlook while enjoying the process

Drive every student to 100 percent goal achievement: Develop individualized motivational strategies for each student. Apply data-driven methods to break through resistance and sustain engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined by every student reaching their objectives

Develop Guides through coaching: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint performance gaps. Provide clear, actionable feedback during coaching sessions and monitor progress. Maintain team accountability through logic and objectivity, not empathy that lowers standards

Lead the campus through data-driven decisions: Review performance data across staff, operations, parent communication, and culture. Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, consult stakeholders, execute measurable improvements. Monitor every decision and revise based on outcomes

Maintain excellence without exception: Establish and uphold Alpha's quality standards for students and staff. Make difficult decisions when performance doesn't meet expectations. Model the standard on your campus
