Responsibilities

Investigating jurisdiction-specific regulations and converting bureaucratic obstacles into executable roadmaps with AI assistance and authoritative references
Assembling and filing accurate, thorough documentation — permits, inspection requests, exemption forms — and monitoring them through to final approval
Engaging municipal clerks, synchronizing contractor workflows, and ensuring construction schedules stay aligned with regulatory milestones
Maintaining live trackers and visibility dashboards so the broader team understands status, blockers, and priorities at all times
Spending 3-4 days per week on the road across various U.S. markets to accelerate campus launches in person

Required

Located in the U.S. with authorization to work that does not require visa sponsorship
Ready to travel 60-80% of the time to cities and states nationwide

Strong communicator — personable over the phone, precise in writing, persuasive with partners
Consistent history of hitting or beating deadlines in high-velocity settings
Obsessive attention to detail — forms, signatures, and follow-through are flawless
Rapid learner — absorbs unfamiliar regulatory frameworks, systems, or software with ease
Skilled at managing competing priorities, overlapping timelines, and diverse external collaborators

Preferred

Prior involvement in construction-related, operationally intensive, or compliance-focused environments (internships included)
Educational or professional background in public policy, business administration, communications, or law
Demonstrated success untangling complex logistical challenges in professional, academic, or community settings
