Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, in person and online
Create admissions strategy or render final enrollment decisions
Function exclusively in an administrative capacity without direct family contact
Work within a slow-moving, heavily bureaucratic structure
Prioritize relationship development without rigorous execution and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years in customer-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
Strong attention to detail with experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing a blend of remote work and in-person campus duties
Capable of adjusting rapidly and succeeding in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
