Responsibilities

Develop and sustain integrated 3-statement models for every school and vertical — connecting enrollment, staffing, and CapEx into a unified forecast

Refresh rolling 12–18 month projections on a weekly basis using current data and run scenario analyses for upside and downside exposure

Provide executive dashboards powered by real-time data — surfacing critical levers and supporting daily, high-confidence decision-making

Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove manual spreadsheet dependencies throughout finance operations

Produce concise memos that distill financial risk, strategic alternatives, and budget considerations — at board-ready quality, within 72 hours
