Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordination with building management and vendors
Manage calendars and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and appointments
Coordinate meeting logistics, including space reservations, catering, and technology needs
Plan and support company events, town halls, and special projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Provide administrative support to managers and senior staff
Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain accurate and confidential physical and digital filing systems
Assist with light bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic budget support
Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
