Responsibilities

Originate loans for fix-and-flip, bridge, and new construction projects
Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers throughout the process
Collect documentation and assist in preparing loan files for underwriting
Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investors, builders, and developers
Track market trends and stay ahead of client needs
Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure fast closings
