Partner with program and project teams to ensure successful adoption of business and technology changes
Provide change management thought leadership to executives and sponsors
Collaborate with Training, Communications, and Content teams to maximize change impact
Coach PMs, product owners, and junior change practitioners on best practices
Support annual strategy development aligned to business priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in organizational change management
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
CCMP certification
