Responsibilities
Perform work with responsibility in planning and conducting projects of limited scope, or a portion of a larger project which includes leadership responsibilities, scheduling, and planning activities
The work involves functions such as research, data analysis, development, design, evaluation, inspection, problem solving, production, application, standardization, testing, or operation of engineering facilities, structures, systems, processes, equipment, devices, or materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
Ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
Two additional years of directly related experience with proper certifications may substitute for the Master's degree
A total of 15 years of directly related experience (8 DoD) may substitute for the Bachelor's degree
MUST have an active Top Secret security clearance
