Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension

Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading

Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable trends

Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Advanced certification in readingAI platformsSmall-group reading interventionsEvaluating reading levelsCreating differentiated lessons

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable programs)

Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades

Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre-packaged curricula

Experienced with AI and adaptive learning platforms, able to interpret and respond to student interactions within those systems

Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
