Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with IATF16949 / ISO9001 standards
Manage calibration, GR&R, QMS documents, and internal audits across NPAA sites
Lead supplier, customer, and ISO/IATF audits; oversee corrective and preventive actions
Maintain audit schedules, reports, and internal auditor training
Manage compliance projects: calibration records, document control, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
Support customer audit requests and corporate/plant audits
Participate in quality improvement teams
Provide QA training for new hires and specialists
Prepare monthly audit reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
8+ years relevant experience
Ability to handle paints/chemicals with PPE
Proficiency in Office tools; advanced skills preferred
Preferred
Experience with ISO9001 QMS
