Responsibilities

Develop and optimize functional assays with primary human T cells to identify antibodies that modulate receptor-specific membrane proximal and downstream readouts of activation
Gain hands-on experience with modern automation technologies for high-throughput applications
Learn and apply key skills for drug discovery assays including flow cytometry, multiplexed cytokine analysis, and biochemical readouts
Presentation of data in weekly team meetings to track progress and participate in discussion with scientists

Required

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Master's Degree
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Major in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience with cell culture and wet lab, aseptic techniques is highly desired

Preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
