Crossover is hiring for Montessorium, a Montessori elementary program. The School Operations Coordinator will oversee non-instructional functions at the Cedar Park campus, ensuring smooth daily operations and managing the admissions process.

Responsibilities

Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, customize follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals

Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence toward commitment

Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents, and ensure strict compliance

Manage daily operations, facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main technology point of contact

Organize and host open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a polished, inviting lens

Provide coverage during temporary staffing shortages by supervising K–6 students (ages 5–13)—including recess monitoring, transitions, and basic classroom supervision. This is support, not teaching
