Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015
Oversee quality control, laboratory, and blending operations at the facility
Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory and blending personnel
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of all measuring equipment
Develop and implement quality procedures, test methods, and documentation
Review and make final disposition decisions on product quality
Lead corrective actions and investigate non-conformances to improve quality performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing manufacturing quality systems
Supervising lab and blending operations
Serving as an ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal audit processes
Ability to manage and document quality systems in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of laboratory testing concepts and chemical handling procedures
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to interact with customers on technical quality matters
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry or a related field
