Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing measurable progress
Create and lead play-based instructional blocks that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as a model of excellence for the teaching team
Examine and calibrate Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility on milestone achievement
Develop family communications and facilitate team huddles that synchronize priorities and uphold collective standards aligned to campus-wide PreK readiness objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, early childhood development, or related field
Experience working with groups of young children ages 3 to 5
Proven ability to design and implement play-based educational programs or curricula that advance developmental milestones e.g. Montessori
At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with performance accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear family updates and team alignment
Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support provided if needed

Preferred

Master's degree or specialized training
