5+ years leading permitting, construction, or facilities expansion initiatives involving physical infrastructure and regulatory clearance
5+ years coordinating multiple contractors per project across different jurisdictions
Documented history of delivering projects ahead of deadline while maintaining full regulatory compliance
Experience delivering progress briefings to technical teams and executive leadership
Proven ownership mindset — you served as the sole accountable point of contact for project execution and problem resolution
AI-native approach — you instinctively adopt automation and iterative methods to accelerate delivery
Written communication that is precise, actionable, and relied upon by senior leadership
Strong regulatory discernment — you understand when to escalate, seek clarification, or challenge requirements

Preferred
