Responsibilities

Facilitating engaging, virtual workshop sessions centered on essential life competencies including creativity, effective communication, and critical problem-solving

Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate student confidence, self-management, and executive functioning abilities

Leveraging platform analytics to personalize student support and monitor developmental trajectories

Partnering with peer educators to refine and develop project-based educational experiences

Establishing a supportive, energizing virtual environment where every student feels valued, acknowledged, and motivated to develop
