Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management
Buyer Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Costco Regional and Corporate Buyers, Assistant Buyers, and Inventory Control Specialists
Sales Execution: execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets. Pitch new items and rotational programs during category line reviews
Roadshows & Demos: Plan and coordinate execution of Costco Roadshows (special events) and in-store product demonstrations (CDS), managing the schedule, staffing coordination, and performance tracking
Promotional Management: Manage the execution of Multi-Vendor Mailers (MVMs), Instant Rebate Coupons (IRCs), and other promotional vehicles
Meeting Facilitation & Logistics: Own the end-to-end management of buyer meetings This includes scheduling, preparing samples/materials, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up action items to completion
Forecasting: Collaborate with Clients to ensure accurate forecasting for both "in-and-out" rotations and always-on core items
Operations & Supply Chain
Order Management: Work internally to monitor purchase orders and shipment and ensure On-Time delivery compliance
Packaging Compliance: Work with Clients to ensure all packaging meets Costco’s strict pallet and display requirements (e.g., club packs, tray height, pallet configuration)
New Item Setup: Manage the administrative lifecycle of products, including New Item Setup forms, specification sheets, and safety data documentation

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–4 years of experience in CPG Sales, Sales Planning, or Category Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and influence external partners

Preferred

Prior experience with the Club Channel (Costco, Sam's, BJ's)
