Responsibilities
Develops and analyzes expense/headcount forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for all Commercial Operations units
Evaluate inbound freight, tariffs, production costs, and packaging expenses
Analyze inventory levels, identify excess/obsolete stock, and optimize cash flow
Monitor financial results, identify trends and variances, and recommend cost-saving actions
Links financial performance directly to operational efficiency and commercial strategies, ensuring data integrity and process improvement
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other finance teams to align goals and share best practices
Create robust financial reports and dashboards for management, often using tools like Power BI
Development of business objectives that align with company strategic pillars to meet our business and customers’ needs
Challenges and inspires Rain Makers to achieve business results
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives and improvements
Be relentless in your desire to never settle for the status quo
Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, Inventory control or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments
