Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating personalized motivational sessions that leverage gamified literacy benchmarks
Examining student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable insights
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within these systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
