Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development

Creating personalized motivational experiences that leverage gamified literacy benchmarks

Reviewing student performance metrics to improve instructional approaches and extract meaningful insights

Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI-driven literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes

Producing scalable, AI-integrated resources that support early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable program)

Minimum 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades

Competent in assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groupings, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula

Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student engagement patterns within these systems

Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
