Responsibilities
Training and advancing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship required
