Responsibilities

Coordinating all post-LOI landlord activities: collecting documentation, scheduling inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining consistent follow-through — with no loose ends
Directing internal requests between Ops, Treasury, and Legal — making sure each team receives precisely what they require to move forward without bottlenecks
Maintaining live document tracking, organized file systems, and deal progress updates — providing every stakeholder with one accurate, up-to-date information source
Organizing executive site visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, itineraries, and site preparation to optimize every trip
Orchestrating internal real estate events and school openings — guaranteeing venues, site access, materials, and participants are confirmed and prepared in advance

Required

3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-phase logistics in high-velocity environments
Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease terms
Demonstrated capability to maintain organized digital filing systems with logical structure and version control
Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional follow-up correspondence and stakeholder communications
Proven track record of owning cross-functional initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and deliverables
Experience automating or standardizing repetitive tasks through basic tools or process workflows
Proficient using platforms like Google Drive, collaborative trackers, calendar systems, and messaging applications
Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
Located in the U.S. and eligible to work without visa sponsorship
