Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day equity transactions, including RSU grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP activity, and employee terminations
Perform data integrity checks and reconcile equity transactions across Workday, transfer agent systems, and equity administration platforms
Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance, blackout windows, and other regulatory requirements
Partner with Internal Audit to support SOX compliance and provide documentation for audits
Assist with proxy statement preparation and other external equity disclosures
Support employee inquiries and education efforts related to equity compensation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience administering equity compensation programs, ideally at a U.S.-based public company
Hands-on experience with RSUs, stock options, and ESPP programs
Strong understanding of SEC regulations, insider trading policies, and equity-related compliance requirements
Demonstrated experience supporting audits and SOX controls
Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
Ability to clearly communicate equity concepts across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, vendors, and employees at all levels
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
