Responsibilities

Architect and facilitate advanced learning sessions – Develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) while delivering one-on-one mentorship to 15-20 high-ability students progressing at 5-10x typical velocity

Identify and resolve cognitive roadblocks – Modify instructional methods dynamically to support students who have exceeded the capacity of conventional education systems and require more sophisticated intellectual challenges

Apply AI-driven tools for customized instruction

Partner and iterate – Work alongside colleagues to enhance workshop frameworks and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data

Required

Bachelor's degree earned from an Ivy League institution or comparable university

National Merit Finalist status, Olympiad medal, accelerated college completion, or equivalent distinction

Recipient of competitive award (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), membership in Mensa or Triple Nine Society, doctoral degree, or experience teaching at university level

3 years of mentorship background – Direct experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any educational setting

Regular use of AI technology – Self-confirmed daily engagement with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)

Prepared to relocate to or maintain in-person presence in Austin (Georgetown), TX
