Responsibilities

Overseeing post-LOI property owner coordination: gathering documentation, arranging inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining follow-through — with complete accountability for every detail
Directing internal workflow across Operations, Treasury, and Legal functions — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what's necessary for timely execution
Maintaining live document oversight, organizational file systems, and transaction visibility — providing all participants with a unified, up-to-date reference point
Organizing executive property visit logistics: synchronizing air travel, ground transportation, meeting schedules, and site preparation to optimize each inspection
Executing internal real estate gatherings and school opening events — confirming locations, entry arrangements, resources, and participant coordination are secured and operational

Required

3+ years of experience coordinating complex, multi-step logistics in fast-paced environments

Proven ability to maintain well-organized digital file systems with clear structure and version control
Strong written communication skills — especially for professional follow-ups and stakeholder updates
Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables
History of automating or systematizing recurring tasks using basic tools or workflows
Proficient with tools like Google Drive, shared trackers, calendars, and messaging platforms
Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
Located in the U.S. and eligible to work without visa sponsorship
