Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-focused reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Leverage storytelling techniques and interactive teaching formats to enable learning acceleration 5-10x above conventional grade-level expectations
Monitor student advancement and modify session content dynamically to address the evolving needs of each cohort
Provide individualized and small-group coaching sessions to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications
Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced training in structured literacy methodologies (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable certification)
Minimum of 2 years providing small-group reading instruction or intervention to K-2 learners
Background working with gifted or academically advanced children in specialized educational settings
Comfortable using AI-driven or adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance metrics
Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young students using vocal expression, narrative techniques, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
