Responsibilities

Act as a primary resource for end-user technical support, addressing a wide range of hardware and software needs

Provide hands-on troubleshooting for PCs (Windows, Office, ERP software), peripherals, printers, phones, and security systems

Oversee the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including Nutanix servers, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VDIs, and backup solutions

Perform basic configuration and management of Windows OS, ensuring proper privileges and file share access

Create and update internal documentation, including procedural guides, system diagrams, and user manuals

Document and share knowledge through ticketing systems, ensuring effective communication within the team

Contribute to IT projects such as Nutanix deployments, Citrix VDI implementations, disaster recovery initiatives, security enhancements, and mobile device management

Take detailed notes during meetings and provide summaries to enhance team alignment and execution

Required

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with basic IT concepts, including hardware and software troubleshooting

Strong organizational skills to take notes, compose meeting summaries, and facilitate team knowledge-sharing

A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
