This role focuses on human resources, payroll, and general administrative support, with an emphasis on financial aspects and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualification

Required

Equivalent to completion of the 12th grade required

At least two (2) years post-high school education in an administrative assistant or office management program

Four (4) years of experience in a progressively responsible administrative support position

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Handling confidential information with care and professionalism

Experience with HR, timekeeping, financial systems, or municipal operations
