Greets all visitors to the Community in a warm and professional manner
Demonstrates courteous telephone handling, nonverbal body language and proper verbiage
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask, work on projects while answering phone and greeting visitors
Must display a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude toward the residents and the public
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Able to perform simple mathematics and basic knowledge of computer programs
High School graduate
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility in work schedule, able to work occasional evenings or weekends
Professional and approachable
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Publisher and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and keep accurate records in a fast paced environment
Detailed, organized and self-directed, with excellent customer service skills
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
General office and heavy phone experience preferred
Two to three years general office and clerical experience preferred
