Responsibilities
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Work in close partnership with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows with accuracy and consistency
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a closely related area
2+ years of client-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar capacities
Solid administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain precise applicant records or CRM information
At ease managing remote responsibilities alongside in-person campus duties
Capable of adjusting rapidly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused setting
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
