Analyst 2 (Judicial Support Business Process Analyst)
The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking an Analyst 2 for the Judicial Support Business Process Analyst role. This position involves developing and documenting business processes, delivering training, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of court operations.

Responsibilities
Develop and document business processes
Develop training modules about court business processes that will be delivered in person, online, and asynchronously
Deliver training about court business processes, courtroom technology, and using online publications
Maintain online libraries of training materials, keep training logs, and provide status reports to management
Help the supervisors analyze statewide business processes and new legislation to identify training needs
Help analyze how changes to legislation and policies could affect our court and business processes
Develop, test, and implement revised or new business processes
Coordinate moderately complex projects using project plans, milestone tracking, and resource analysis
Provide administrative support
Facilitate onboarding for new employees, creating systems accounts, and updating distribution lists
Manage the payment, registration, and renewal of judicial association memberships
Manage publication subscriptions and purchases for the legal library and maintain the court-wide publication database
Respond to complex questions about publications and online publication services
Track expenditures and travel reimbursements and report reimbursement requests to the Trial Court Administrator
Work as the backup to our Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator
Qualification
Required
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business, court administration, public administration, or a related field
At least two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional-level experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to six (6) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position
Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, including process mapping, evaluation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine compliance with laws, policies, or standards and make recommendations
Experience adapting or developing related policies, procedures, forms, and best practices
Experience developing comprehensive educational materials for, and delivering instruction in multiple formats (in person, online, and asynchronously) to, adult learners
Skill in public speaking and providing presentations to groups of various sizes
Ability to adapt to changes in work expectations, processes, and technology
